Instructions:
Please include your citizen name and number.
If you have an Ad or Logo for your event posted to the web, please
include that link. The
deadline
to submit Festival Events is No Later Than 10pm VRT on July 9th.
All events should be held between 4pm VRT on July 11th and 4pm VRT
on July 13th. You can hold your event as many times as you would like.
Please include how you will be giving out your event points. For each
event you host, you will be given 6 Festival points to distribute.
(For example: 1st Place- 3 points, 2nd Place- 2 points, 3rd Place-
1 point) Not all events have to give out points (such as tours..etc). If
you have additional questions, or have problems submitting your event,
please email us at awec@org.activeworlds.com.
If you are emailing your event, please be sure to enclude all the reguested information.
