		Utopia: A Paradise Public Building World by LilAlpha Phalpha, 09/Jul/00 Utopia is a PS16XE sized world owned by Utopian Monarch. The world has 52 residents, and has been a world for a little over 1 year. You can almost always count on finding Utopian Monarch in Utopia, as he spend about 6 hours in a week working on his world. The Utopia staff consists of about 14 public speakers, and currently are working on an amuesment  park, and bingo.  Utopian Monarch got the idea for Utopia after the failure of his first trial server. He decided to call his new permenant world 'Utopia', becuase it meant perfect, and peaceful, and thought it would attract more visitors. He is over a year old in AW as he immigrated in May of 99'. To support his world, he uses AWCOM's Commitment to Education Program. The world is hosted by Seanchan, on a T1 line. The server is fast, but for the slower computers the frame rate is real low. I personally like this world for its architecture, and layout. Overall, this world is a great place if you just want to get away from it all.
