If you want to enter the playoffs or just watch tell Kelster, you can 
enter a world town city or whatever into the contest then get people 
to play for the team!  So telegram Kelster if you would like to enter 
your town or city or world in the playoffs!!!!!!! Darkchad is the bot manager for the games.

Celebrate the 1st Anniversary of one of the largest towns around.

Come participate in the 2nd round of AWEC's Trivia game! Test your wits with a variety of questions on many different subjects! Teams of 2 or individuals are allowed to sign up to participate; you may show up without signing up, but we'd much prefer it if you signed up first.  
Sign up by mailing us your (and your partner's) nick. 

The team or individual with the most points from each of the five rounds, wins a pass to the final round taking place in June '99. Final winner gets a PS16XE world!

February 21st at 8:00 pm  

AW Community Register hosts monthly gatherings where 4-5 communities introduce themselves from stage - eventually along with a few images updated during their presentation. The entire event will last for ca 1 hour, and the programme will be announced a few days in advance at the entrance of AW ComReg's Amphi in AWCC. 

We offer no refreshments, only one MIDI, but an arena for the communities to meet:)  Come learn about some great places and projects, meet their leaders, and have fun!   

To present your world, town, society or project at the Community Show Off, you must sign up in advance. Please check our web page for details.

Hidden somewhere in A’tuin are twelve treasure chests, each belonging to one of the twelve infamous pirates listed on the Treasure Hunt web page. If you can find all twelve chests, tell the A'tuin WorldMates and you’ll have your name displayed on the list of successful treasure-hunters in A’tuin, become a public speaker for a day, and also win a pair of avatars for use in a world of your own! The Treasure Hunt is now a permanent feature of A’tuin, so don’t be disappointed if you can’t find all the treasure in one evening - you've got forever to find the chests! :) Some of the chests are relatively easy to find, while others are pretty tough. Tours of Mundo Hispano

From Nieves, caretaker of Mundo Hispano (Spanish world): 

Every Friday at [7:30pm VRT], spanish ground zero, we have guided tours of mundo hispano by members of the special events team. We take tourists and citizens to visit some of the special interest areas of our world i.e our impressive library links of books that interest all ages. Our church, discos, skyscrapers, parks,beach ect. end it all with a list of special events.Then we have a questions and answers session. 
 

Every Saturday night at 9:00 pm 

The Dance Party will be held in the Cyber Cafe every Saturday night at 9:00pm VRT time.  The parties will be musically themed, such as Alternative, Country, DanceParty/DiscoMix, Easy, Ethnic, Funk, Jazz, Pop, Rock, R&B, ShowThemes and more.  The themes will rotate weekly.
