July 3rd at 10:00 pm  

You are all invided to the official opening of the AlphaWorld Flag Museum, presenting all the 12 entries for the AlphaWorld Flag Design Contest which was a part of the AW Community Festival. More than 90 votes have been received for the flags, but due to technical problems the winning flag could not be announced at  the Festival Gala, as planned. Therfore, join us for this special event where the new official AlphaWorld flag will be introduced, together with the new flag objects!

Zero Gallery Village (ZGV) presents: New Art / Artist Exhibition to be held regularly on the second Saturday of each month at 11:00 PM VRT in the Exhibition Gallery. Please arrive on time and bring some friends to view beautiful artwork.

July 15th at 5:00 pm  

This summer Active Worlds will be hosting the first ever Active Worlds Summer Camp! Campers will be divided up into teams, each with their own team world in which to build their fort. We'll have cool advanced building classes and contests, and even a few easy how to make your own object lessons from the experts! There will be lots of games, virtual field trips, and chances to make new friends. 

The first session will be July 15th-30th.  If you're under 18 and  
interested in being a camper, or over 18 and interested in being a  
counselor, then email us to sign up!!!!!.

through out the night.

Come learn about some of the many communities within the universe of Active Worlds! AW Community Register hosts monthly gatherings in AWCC where worlds, towns, societies and AW- related projects introduce themselves from stage. The entire event will last for ca 1 hour, brief announcements can be made after the main programme. If you like to present your community (10 mins) you have to sign up in advance. Please check our web page for details. 

The programme will be announced at the entrance of AW ComReg's Amphi in AWCC.

This summer, there will be 4 Reunions held worldwide over the July 22-25 weekend.  

There are groups meeting in Myrtle Beach, Ottawa, and Brussels,  
as well as events planned in Active Worlds for those who can't make it to a real world event.

Come participate in the first round of AWEC's second trivia game! Test your wits with a variety of questions on many different subjects! Teams of 2 or individuals are allowed to sign up to participate; you may show up without signing up, but we'd much prefer it if you signed up first.  
Sign up by mailing us your (and your partner's) nick. 

The team or individual with the most points from each of the five rounds, wins a pass to the final round taking place in December '99. Final winner gets a PS16XE world!

This is a Pokemon Tournament which you can Battle with Pokemon at the Saffron City Official Saffron City Pokemon Stadium. Tech, a Bot will choose if you hit the Pokemon and how Much. Tourists are Allowed. You must Submit your Form to Join this Pokemon League.

research and testing out some software and ideas, and we'd love  
to hear yours!

Topics will range from current to future versions of Active Worlds, as well as the current state and future of online 3D technologies in general. This will be a freeform chat discussion with no pre-set agenda; topics will be chosen based on the interests of the participants.  Let's get together and have a good time sharing our ideas and visions about the present and future state of this amazing technology!
